100 000 votes - Mr Splashy Pants in the lead!
Posted by Irene onboard the Esperanza
I got a message from Richard back in the Amsterdam office - yesterday we reached 100 000 votes in the whale naming competition, of which 75% are for Mr Splashy Pants! As mentioned in a previous post, independent operators are making stickers, pins, t-shirts, facebook groups…We decided to make some Mr Splashy Pants stuff of our own - have a look!

Maybe we can call this "commercial anti-whaling in disguise"...:))))

Haha, good one isanatori!
Any attempt from my side to disguise that I intend to make full use of Mr Splashy Pants' fame would be pretty transparent!

I love that button! By the way, APM's radio show 'Weekend America' and their 'Good News, Bad News, No News' segment discussed Greenpeace's whale-naming contest, and the consensus was "good news", as the commenters seemed well aware of Japan's plan to kill humpbacks. That was gratifying. More power to Mr. Splashy Pants!
