Weather vlog

Posted by Irene onboard the Esperanza

The sea is calm now, but a few days ago it was a very different story. Here’s a little piece that gives you an idea of what it is like to be on a moving ship.

Karli came to the rescue and put a voice to it - thanks Karli! It turned out that I am a disaster in front of a camera - as if I was reading the obituaries. It was supposed to be a simple five minute thing, but honestly, if Gavin’s hair wasn’t already so short he would have torn it off his head.

OK, I'll stop complaining about the freakin' Belgian weather..
Take care you all and please keep my sister safe and sound on board, she doesn't look all that balanced..
(Ah well, does she ever? muhahahaaa!;-)
Keep up the fab work, you're all in our thoughts!
Love, Diana

Wow you guys ROCK!!!

Karli, my dear, receive all our admiration and support for the fantastic job you are doing. Here in Chile, a long and tiny country far, far down the South Pacific, appreciate all your efforts to stop the whales slaughter!! I honestly hope that our Latin America leaders will hear the warnings!!!

I embrace you all,

Great video! Hope the typhoon has abated now.....Liz

Great video, but how come your web cam (which I've been monitoring) has been showing calm weather, also it would be nice to show your position on the web cam, instead of just going south, keep up the good work, you all are an inspiration. chris sullivan England

Hi guys and girls

Just watched your video and can totaly appreciate what your all going through out on the high seas as i am an observer for Mfish, NZ.
I think it is awesome what your doing to protect the whales as it must be emotionally disturbing to see what can and is being done to them!!

All the best with your pursuit!
