Typhoon days
By Mir onboard the Esperanza
I had to really hold on when taking my little shower at the end of the day. There was a notice on the blackboard from the chief engineer: you used too much water yesterday, if this continues I will have to cut off the fresh water supply. So it was turning the shower on and off to save water and holding on to save myself, because for the last two days we've been sailing right past a typhoon here near the Marianas.Anything that wasn't tied down already fell down and went all over the place, or is banging against the walls or was smashed to pieces or spilled. Typhoons, or hurricanes as we call them on my side of the world, are serious matters.
I rolled from one side of the bed to the other all last night and the rolling got mixed up with my dreams as I went through another night of light sleep.
Outside, I see black clouds ahead, and then it starts raining. The bright azure of the foam and the dark blue of the fat waves starts turning black and white. The beauty of storms. Difficult to show in a picture, impossible to explain with words.
We are not alone in our rolling and banging situation. Beyond us, we don't know exactly where, the Japanese whaling fleet sails south to the ocean around Antarctica. Behind us is a ship that has been following us from the beginning. The whale hunt, it seems, is now formally militarised.
The last day before departing, people were swimming under a beautiful sunset next to the Esperanza, as we gently drifted near Japan. How far away that seems now. But we still wake up and start work at the same time, we have lunch at the same time, the people are the same. In the middle of the weirdness and the flying stuff, everything stays normal.

Hi All on the Esperanza,
Congratulations on your mission. Your goal to stop whaling is honourable and could be significantly enhanced by operating with the support of Sea Shepherd. Additionally, and from a Global warming perspective, this would mean that every litre of fuel you use could be more effective, get you right to the killing grounds and optimise its usage in heading off the whalers. Think of the big picture.. stop the killing.. working together will save more whale lives. Any reservations about working together should be set aside down in Antartica. Together you will be more effective and even if that means that you will save one more whale's life... It has to be worth it..
Fare weather all,
Addo

Thank you so much for writing. I am sorry you and the crew are having such horrible weather. Please be careful. I keep praying you catch up with the Japanese ship and stop them. You and the crew have brought new meaning to the term "Free Willy" : )
Take care,
Stacey

Are you using some access system for the showers on board? How can de blame you directly for using to much water?

You are doing such a wonderful job out there, thank you. I really want to help, so I registered as a Whale Defender yesterday and posted two of your videos on my Myspace page. Links will follow.
Stay safe, you are in my prayers!
All the best from Berlin,
Kerstin

The militar ship behind you is radiating psi-tronic or quntum scalar waves to you and to the atmosfera above you to slow down you or to get you lost from them. http://www.cheniere.org/index2.html
You can deactivate this fields with your intention, just say "I AM DEACTIVATING ANY PSI CONTROL FIELD OR ENERGY HERE" like a mantra.

Also, you can say any other phrase about healing your space or atmosphera.
I AM TURNING OFF ANY CONTROL DEVICE RADIATING ANY SIGNAL OR ENERGY AGAINST MY PURPOSE OR MY SUCCESS

It sounds like a big year for stopping whales, this year, with 50humpbacks on the list. I really think that if these whales belong to anybody, they belong to A/NZ, and it is pretty unanimous here that they should be left alone. You guys are doing a great job, and this year you will have millions following your progress, since greenpeace is the only real action happening to save the whales - while all the pollies gasbag. Last year we watched a whale between the heads, and just before we left, we saw it jump out of the water and breach. In October, we spent a few days in a house overlooking the ocean, and we could see one or two big splashes a few miles out. These big guys are definitely worth fighting for, and we wish you the best. Btw, I voted for Paikea because whalerider is my favorite film.

Hang in there guys, there are beautiful tropical sunsets on calm waters ahead of you! I agree with Addo, hook-up with Sea Shepherd and co-operate on this; the whalers must be giggling with delight that you don't!

hi, ive been following you guys on the webcam, ive noticed the waters have become very rough...i also posted the live webcam link to thousands, so now hopefully they can get more behind all of you, it makes it more interesting for the people sitting at home, and makes them want to do more, like myself... you should hook up with the sea shepard, the more ships the better.. its docked at my city of melbourne, i want to go down there and have a look before they take off... i dont understand why the japanese are coming into our waters and no governments are stopping them also NZ..may god be with you all, including the whales...

I have been extremely fortunate to have had a close encounter with two southern rights, in Tasmania. It was an amazing experience, very humbling. I very much wish that greenpeace and the sea shepherd will help put an end to whaling. Good luck

You can read what Whales and dolphins wants to say to us, the humas species and ascending ones, and know why are japaneses and their associates killing whales and dolphins...
And also you can read a little scientific papers about how intention creates your/OUR reality, in ...

I usually have trouble sleeping when I see that all the effort against whaling, against Japan killing these magnificent beasts seem to be sometimes fruitless... I'm sorry but I'm really an angry person and have trouble to act peacefully against such a bloody atitude from a country!
One friend of mine told me about some strange and curious development about the accident in Chernobyl: it seems that offsprings of animals born in that radioactive environement are obviously radioactive but surprisingly otherwise healthy! here is the link to the BBC news (in portuguese): http://www.bbc.co.uk/portuguese/reporterbbc/story/2006/04/060425_chernobylanimaiscrg.shtml
And I wonder: if our whales got somehow radioactive, nobody would kill them for their flesh and produce would be unmarketable... I know, it's a crazy idea but... can't we find a solution on these lines??
