Chris Carter and Malcolm Turnbull dropped into the WBC studios for a late night chat about the day's events at the IWC, and how Japan might be convinced to stop commercial whaling. Carter currently serves as Minister of Conservation, Minister of Housing, and Minister of Ethnic Affairs in New Zealand. Turnbull is the Federal Minister of Environment and Water Resources in Australia.
