Yolanda Yeti Manufandu
Hi, I am Yolanda Yeti Manufandu, and I am 25. I have just received my degree in Fisheries and Marine Studies from the State University of Papua. I have a great job working in an NGO in Manokwari, focusing on two important sites in the bird's head region of Papua Province - the Arfak Mountains and Bintuni Bay.

My job involves helping the local community to strengthen local institutions and women's groups.

I'm very glad to have this opportunity to join the Global Forest Rescue Station. I'm keen to find out how Greenpeace works on ways to slow the rate of forest destruction, especially in Papua where some of the forests are still in pristine condition.
