| Once the purse seiner crew has hauled their net most of the way in, a bag like net of fish is left alongside. Another net is used to scoop out most of the fish before pulling the rest of the main net on board. From what we've seen, catches have been small lately. None the less, more and larger purse seiners are on their way to the region. | |
