Question Time! Talk to our marine biologists on 6 May
by Joss, onboard the Esperanza
If you've been following us on this leg of the tour you'll know that we've been collaborating with the Department of Oceanography at the University of the Azores, and have two of their top marine biologists, Filipe Porteiro and Fernando Tempera, aboard - helping us to identify useful places to surf the seamounts.Tommorrow afternoon (6th May) from 3pm-5pm GMT they'll be on-line in the Galley Gossip section of our site to answer any questions you might have about the seamounts, whales and marine reserves work we're doing, as will our oceans campaigners Richard Page and Alejandro Olivera.
So come along and join the discussion! Please remember though, that to ask a question you'll need to have signed up as an Ocean Defender first. And although our experts speak good English, it's not their first language (except for Richard, of course) - although I'll be here to translate when necessary. You can ask questions at any time from now until then as well - they'll be answering on a 'first come first served basis'. And try and keep them short, please.
See you there!
- Joss
