Check out this slideshow of work by Greenpeace photographers - both on land in Guinea Conakry, and at sea, where pirate ships plunder the food of poor countries.

Just watched the slide show - images are unbelievable!

Emphasizes how important the work of Greenpeace is to expose this injustice to the world.

I WOULDNT STEAL FROM HER... But then, i need to find out where the fish i eat comes from, for example. Where has it been fished and how? Which companies work via pirate fishing? 'Cause pirate fishing is only working, if so, for them the pirates. It's not only a matter of pointing your finger. I guess is doing something towards a solution, and, as a customer i am supposed to choose what i want.

Besides, if safety is first... have another look at the pictures. People on board who were there... they came back kind of sad; the so-called 'working' conditions were unbelievable.

I think you people are doing the right thing but!, what also needs to be done is set up an under cover person to find out Who is buying these catches. Than one can realy put something into the Frying Pan!! This is my opion. Thank You Take Care

Yeah, you're right - but we also need to ask where our fish come from, as consumers!

Salut Aliou,
