Cat - Deckhand

Italy
I'm 32 years old and I come from Italy. I live in Sardinia, the beautyfull island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, very far away from the Southern Ocean.
When I have seen the first iceberg of my life I have almost had an heart attack, it was amazing! They are like creatures in a non stop evolution.
I'm a deck hand and this is my third trip on board a Greenpeace ship, but the first one on board the Esperanza.

Dear Cat,
It makes me happy to know that there are beautiful strong women like you out there who stand up for what they believe in.
I never thanked you for supporting me during a "difficult time" on the Rainbow Warrior. I hope you have a wonderful trip and I know you will catch those whalers!
As Maite says,
!Hasta la victoria, siempre!
