The SOS message is very good, but we (normal citizens) need to know which part we play in this chain, we know to buy only certified wood but then where is all this wood going to? What products should be banned?
Just to add a bit more to the above article: rainforest destruction is the burning issue of our time. Emergency action will be needed to prevent run-away climate change. You can tell the world to stop tropical deforestation by sending a Rainforest SOS. Many have already done so, but every voice counts.

Yes, I support stopping the destruction of the rain forest and want the U.S. to get involved. I only hope our new President is behind it too.
