How soon is now?
European leaders have been talking about climate change for a long time, but with just days to go before they're due to decide on the European climate package - a collection of regulations that are intended to cut Europe's emissions they're mired in wrangling. The Poles and the Italians have led the way in threatening vetoes and demanding special treatment.
So get over to Time To Lead and tell your elected leaders that this isn't what you want. Climate change won't give special treatment to heavy industry, or skirt round automobile manufacturers. It won't offset its impact by only affecting far away places or agree not to happen in exchange for subsidies...
Watch the video, write to your leader and then come back here and reward yourself by taking a few minutes to watch this. Because smoke stacks are so early '90s.
