Reverse graffiti highlights dirty Heathrow plan

Here's a very cool guerilla campaign tactic - a new style of 'clean' graffiti, where a steam cleaner is used to write a message in street grime, one thing any city has a lot of! A great way to get the message out that airport expansion should be stopped.

First the source of the problem - cheap flights

Then on the UK government who seem willing to allow airport expansion at any cost even if it blows a big hole in cuts the UK must make in greenhouse gases:

The UK Government department responsible for the environment gets a clear message in the pavement grime to greet its staff:

And taking the message to the streets:

One of the coolest ideas I've seen in a while. More on the campaign against Heathrow expansion and why not join the roar of opposition to airport expansion?

What an excellent idea ... it's given me a few notions! I wonder now if the council will feel the need to de-grime our pavements ...
