Giant life ring sighted off Brazilian coast

Lifering - big. It's 50 feet in diameter, and off Copacabana Beach, Rio de Janeiro. The Greenpeace activists also had a giant banner made to look like a ruler measuring sea level rise (it was originally going to go on a building, but that didn't work out).
