Like a lot of westerners (I guess), I have never seen or eaten whale meat. But today our photographer Natalie went to the local fish markets to see what it was like. Whale meat doesn't look like I thought it would, although Jim tells me there are different cuts and these ones are quite fatty. Here's a gallery of the amazing pictures Natalie took.
