Ospar Meeting Begins

Greenpeace is in Iceland not only to seek and end to whaling. We're also working with Iceland on issues of mutual concern, such as radioactive discharges into the ocean and the dangerous prospect of using the oceans as a dumping ground for carbon dioxide.
