Copenhagen is over, but we're not done yet

It's over. The fifteenth session of the Conference of the Parties has this afternoon officially drawn to a close (or rather all but collapsed), but what are we left with? Very little is the honest answer and, no matter how the politicians spin it or how the media interprets it, it sucks.
Obama called it a "historic first step" and it's neither historic nor a first step. The Kyoto Protocol was both, yet in the 12 years since it was laid down, we've barely progressed - the increasing severity of climate change impacts and the urgent warnings from scientists should have had leaders scrabbling for solutions. Instead, yesterday a small group of these leaders flew in, claimed the deal was done and flew out again, leaving chaos in their wake – and other leaders outraged.
Just how feeble is this so-called 'Copenhagen Accord' (which, incidentally, has not even been formally adopted by the conference)? Let's see.
Is it fair?
Hardly. The absolute bottom line for any climate deal is to protect the most vulnerable societies. Yet rather than ensuring the future of the island nations and other regions which are already suffering the effects of climate change, the agreement panders to the whims of the industries which generate the most greenhouse gases. In particular the oil and coal interests which have lobbied so hard against a fair deal.
Is it ambitious?
Far from it. There are no increased reductions targets for wealthy nations and no new agreement on how developing countries can keep theirs low while still improving the quality of life of their populations.
There is a ray of light here, though – two, in fact. Developing countries have agreed to voluntarily reduce their emissions and make deeper cuts if funding is provided by rich countries. And the agreement provides for a Climate Funding Mechanism to deliver that money, with a nod towards the need for large-scale financing of up to $100bn a year but no explanation of where that money will come from or how it will be managed. It's short of the minimum of $140bn which many people have been proposing, but it's something.
Is it legally binding?
Certainly not. The Kyoto Protocol (which is legally binding) survives and is on the table for negotiations as they head into 2010, but it needs to be amended to increase emissions targets for industrialised countries. But Kyoto only applies to industrialised countries, so a second treaty needs to be drawn up that involves developing countries in a way that ensures their emission reductions don't throw their citizens even further into poverty.
Most importantly, the US needs a legally binding emissions target. It's the only country not bound by the Kyoto Protocol and, as one of then biggest emitters on the planet, that's a huge omission. However, the conference failed to decide on how to progress forward on such a treaty.
So negotiations carry on into next year, but there is no plan or instructions to reach a legally binding deal. This mess is largely down to the actions of some industrialised countries - the arrogance of a few powerful leaders who took over and twisted the negotiations to their particular needs is truly astounding, and as Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela, stated last night, "If the climate were a bank, they would have bailed it out already."
Climate change politics may have suffered a setback but 'not done yet' is the message coming out of Copenhagen. We'll rest, regroup and take it forward into 2010 and beyond, because we can't afford to do anything less. And because – quite frankly – the planet and millions of impacted people deserve something more.

Climate is a competitive war.
At this moment in time, Europe and America find themselves confronted with various political, economic and social challenges. Will we attend the fall of the western world?
Today, the world is divided into two quite distinct side: the western world or the Christian world which is consisted of America and Europe, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the Eastern world, which is consisted of the Muslim world, boudhist and Orthodox.
The Member States of the first side, gathered around the banner of NATO, adored formerly a King of the Jews called Jesus, the so-called Messiah. On behalf of God, the Christian world massacred million individuals and destroyed innumerable civilizations.
Nowadays, the churches are empty and the children of chorus make, at the same time figure in divinity and Ostie. Undoubtedly, a revision of the decline of progress and technology according Aldous Huxley.
After having plundered the earth resources, the western world was a new enemy. And after many provocations, early or late, two enemies will have to clash. In the innate nature of men is leaning it towards tyranny and mutual oppression.
Among the various strategies and the various provocations of the Western management, provocations aiming at dividing in order to better forward and to better grow rich - Divide ut impere; under penalty of seeing its society rocking, let us quote:
Mr. Sarkozy who, confronted with the crisis, crawls behind the Moslem banks whereas, previously, Europe refused their establishment under pretext which the Européennes banks could not compete with them.
Europe which decides in favor of the independence of few republics of the old Soviet Union and which tolerates neither independence, nor parcelling out of its states: the Flanders and the Spanish Country-Basque are only examples.
Ceaseless attacks carried by Europe against China and its so-called African colonialism: “China plunders Africa. ”. Obviously, Europe does not want to wake up the consciences and to recognize that the Chinese work with lower costs and are much more competitive than the european companies. For what concerns the Chinese labor, there generally made up by prisoners, China offers to us good example of respect human rights rehabilitation: a new life and a reduced sentence in exchange of services rendered to the nation.
Obviously, press and the political community will not fail to materialize the Chinese political regime like a contemptible regime. But, as Marcel Proust said it, there is a more difficult thing still than to compel himself with a regime, it is not to impose it on the others. Can one impose a discipline and a moral rigor on to the declining people?
By a thorough study of manners and religions, force is to note that the doctrines of Boudha and Mahomet are generally based on securities of respect and tolerance. In a certain manner, I can say that Islam and Boudhisme can only approach. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the bonds and the economic exchanges. That could seem difficult to understand, however, we could draw up a whole inventory list of perversions of the frame of mind of the western world. And Friedrich Nietzsche, himself, delivers his conclusions to us: The man is a cord tended between the animal and superhuman cord above an abyss.
Of course, I would not allow myself to generalize, nevertheless, we must go obviously: confrontation is inescapable and the Eastern countries must be combined.
At all times, America and Europe progressed without being concerned about the spiritual character with what surrounds us. Each time time made grow a stick, at the end of the stick the man put a spear.
We can find besides echoes of this marking out within organizations as highly skilled as that of the United Nations. Personally, I believe, Chinese, Russian and Moslem countries can feel this animosity which consists in imposing its views: the bankruptcy of the democracy.
It is especially astonishing to note that the sudden starts aiming at the Muslim world, China and Russia emanate from small maintained states such, Belgium.
It is as example that I allow myself to quote Belgium, which appears among the nations which express the most hostility with respect to the Muslim world.
When it is not a question of attacks relating to the veil or the scarf, Belgium does not hesitate to be combined in order to bombard Muslim civilians.
But, the history of Belgium shows that these people always submitted themselves and since the paddle of his existence, lives with knees.
It has a few years, were necessary of the debates relating to a private bill aiming at granting the right of adoption to the homosexual community. At the time of the debates, a great number of Belgian members of Parliament reflect the accent on reports, interviews and questions put to young children of six, even ten years: “Would you like to have two Dads or two Moms? ” After all, children would live with Bambi, Mickey Mouse or Ratatouille?
In fact, the advanced arguments related to concepts of maturity.
Thus, from his young age, a child is able to decide guideline of his existence. From a legal point of view, an adult who maintains a sexual relationship with an adult is liable to sanctions. Because, generally, the Court or the court stresses the incompetence of the minor, who, from his young age does not have maturity necessary.
If a political party of extreme right side had been devoted to caricatures, the Western political world and justice would have condemned the attitude of said political party. By economic concern, every day, the Belgian did not hesitate to go in Afganistan to bombard Muslim civilians.
Now that Christianity died, the western world wants to preserve its lifestyle while imposing its decline on the Muslim world: homosexuality, rapes, hypocrisy, etc. Nowadays, the Christian priests sodomize their parishioners and the children of choruses. A destruction of our values and a personal enrichment aiming at maintaining their lifestyle and their survival. With this intention, it is necessary to divide.
The fossil resources are not eternal and the climate changes condemn the western world which is loose.
With that, the Muslim community must imperatively approach China which shares common values, as well on the spiritual level as economic.
Here are facts:
1. The western world polluted during two centuries.
2. The climate changed and the survival of the mankind is in danger.
3. The production of oil decreases and fossil energies dry up.
4. Many emergent countries and competition are done harder.
5. The western world wishes to keep its lifestyle: cars, planes, boats, industries.
6. The awakening of China and India disturbs the worldwide economy.
7. Needs for oil: India and China account for 20% of the world population.
The examples of immorality and manners which America - except Barrack Obama's administration, and Europe wish to impose on the rest of the world are numerous. In general, the targeted countries always represent a force which it is necessary to divide or covet: fossil energy (OPEC and Africa), army (Russia and its republics), technology (IRAN).
In short, behind progress and the wealth, the arguments called upon by the western world are always loans of a certain hypocrisy:
1. Emergence of India and China constitutes an obstacle with the reserves of fossil energies.
2. Iranian president wants to lead his country to progress and must undergo the critics of the western world.
3. Iran abounds in oil and the production will decrease in a considerable way.
4. Republics of the old Soviet Union are divided by the cries of European jackals which encourage them to become free (or slave of Murphy's Law) themselves of Russia and, in the same time, Europe hastens to sign copious energy contracts.
5. Europe prefers to see the African countries signing contracts of several billion Euros with its firms, rather than to see these-same nations signing contracts of few million Euros with China.
6. Europe tries to use the deserts with a view reduce consumption of fossil energies and in the same time to reduce the cost of these energies (price of the barrel).
7. Kyotos'agreement in itself aims reducing the consumption of energies and at slowing down the development of the African countries, Russia and Asia. The globalisation cannot be thorough with excess.
8. The European commission adheres to Kyotos'agreement by no means and does not intend to adhere to other measures constraining for its economy.
9. If the economic development of the other nations increases the fossil energy demand, the reserves decrease, the prices increase and penalize European industries as well as the lifestyle of its fellow-citizens.
Western policies :
- To claim that the Muslim leaders mortgage their country.
- To attack Iran which, abounds in oil and which develops state-of-the-art technologies, by a handing-over in question of the election of a not very malleable president.
- To claim that China plunders Africa.
- To launch projects aiming to reduce the energy consumption of the emerging countries, the oil exporting countries and to make fall prices: Kyotos'agreement that the aforementioned European commission, which wants to be guardian of the Treaties, does not hesitate to transgress.
Reasons and the truth:
1. With China, a great number of companies lost their contract with Muslim countries. Therefore Europeans claim that China plunders Africa. Europe prefers to see its companies rather signing contracts of several hundreds of million Euros than to see China which works with lower costs to sign contracts of a few tens of millions Euros.
2. If China brings its labor, it should well be recognized that each workman is a prisoner with whom it Chinese government to propose a reduced sentence in exchange of services. Here is a good example of democracy, of respect of the human rights and social rehabilitation. On this subject, the Muslim, China and China countries are characterized by concepts of respect and integration that Europe forever known to concretize.
3. Since many years, the Muslim community is the main victim of the political ambitions of the elected officials of the various political parties of the European Union.
The scarf, the port of the veil without forgetting discriminations at the time of recruitment or the restrictions founded by Europe on the immigration policies.
The energy sources rarefy and Europe wishes to keep its companies inside its borders. In other words, Europe wishes to continue to pollute, maintain employment which will never be occupied by foreigners and in the same time, to reduce its dependence with respect to the oil exporting countries.
Solutions:
1. To support the economic exchanges and to reinforce the bonds with China and Russia in order to develop with lower costs.
2. To avoid the states which scorn the Muslim community and African, and do not have any concept of respect.
3. To develop solar energy in order to support agriculture and to attract the foreign companies.
4. To support the Muslim leaders and not to let fool by declining Europeans (Iran).
5. To support the exchanges between country of Africa, China and Russia.
6. To reinforce solidarity between Muslim countries and never kill other Muslim people (Juda must have fun in Israel).
7. To avoid ratifying Kyotos'agreement and going from the front one (European Protectionism).
8. To leave the United Nations.
9. To sign a Charter for energy, with an exclusiveness for China, Russia and African countries.
In order to keep structures social to the detriment of the rest of the world, the western world must subjugate the rest of the world : Kyotos' Agreement, gain indépendance (Russia and its republics), etc.
The democracy starves our people, it destroys our cultures and our spirit.
The spring water remains clear as long as it runs in the mountain; as soon as it leaves it is soiled (TOU FOU).
Rather than to adopt measures aiming at destroying his brother within the institution which the United Nations constitutes, it is advisable in my opinion to leave UNO and to create an Eastern alliance gathering China, Africa, Russia and the whole of the Member States of OPEC (Energy and Ores stock exchange). To develop within disciplined and respectful nations with lower costs. Si vis pacem, para bellum.
Kyotos'agreement, just like the next Protocol of Copenhagen, are poor nonsenses which aim at assuming the lifestyle of those which, during two centuries, plundered and polluted the Earth and, which, is by fear to miss energy and of breath of life, try to impose a polite colonialism.
To develop Africa and to support the economic exchanges with China, Russia and the countries of OPEC: Army, Technology, Energy, Raw materials, peace and solidarity.
In fact, Africa, the Middle-East and America cannot adhere to any protocol suitable for affect their economic development. The hypocrisy of the Western pollutants (the United States, England, France and European Union) aims to at controlling the development of the other nations. And it is precisely the case when the measurements announced by England aim at making apply constraining texts by the United Nations.
Thus, some members of the United Nations will control the development of the rest of the world and will be able to pollute in all impunity. I make a point of recalling that the European commission, by economic concern violates, since his existence, the famous Kyoto's agreements. In other words Europe, makes fun of the climate.
In my opinion, it is advisable to spread out the rights of pollution of the states, others that the members of the European Union, in a fork ranging between the beginning of the industrial revolution and 2012, namely two centuries after the beginning of their independences.
Of course, it is difficult to evoke economic development of the nations and in the same time, to neglect the damage of the colonizing countries: nuclear tests of the french authorities in the Algerian Sahara and in Polynesia, plunderings of the resources, etc
Consequently, Europe and America, which, generally composed of states whose men have little dignity or honor, should have shame to solicit the states of Africa, of Middle East or South America.
Each state of Africa which did not carry out nuclear tests is in right to require two centuries of pollution and twenty years additional for each nuclear test. Algeria is in right to pollute until 2182 and each nation of Africa, of Middle-East and South America is in right to require two hundred years of pollution from its independence.
In addition to measurements aiming at supporting economic development, it is advisable to found within the African Union of measurements compatible with the standards of the United Nations: nationalization, end of exploitation of the Uranium layers by foreign companies and regulation of the exporations towards nations which have nuclear weapon (France, England, USA, etc).
The future belongs to Africans and to the Middle East.
Really, Africa, the countries of Central America and almost the whole of the tropical states are not concerned with the climate changes. Since the quaternary era, separated by periods inter-refrigerators from climate hotter than the current climate, four glaciations, at least, took place. These movements of glaciation must be allotted to the solar activity and not to a hypothetical industry, absent, or extraterrestrial. During their greater extension, the glaciers covered most of Europe, of North America, of septentrional and central Asia and southern end of South America, that is to say, nearly 55 Million km ².
Moreover, at geological periods more moved back much, as the stratifications prove it dating from Precambrian in certain areas of North (America), from Permian or the carboniferous one. The Arcelor group did not exist at the time
In short, Africa, the Central America and the Middle-East are not concerned with the climate change.
Kyoto's agreements were initiated with a single aim: to slow down energy consumption and to slow down the development of the other nations. Let us recall that the Kyoto's agreements are violated by the principal initiators: European commission.
Europe and America lie and don't want to die!
At present, large a number of Western companies launched out in the exploitation of the resources of Greenland.
Here are which shows all the hypocrisy of the western world. France is without any doubt the most hypocritical nation of the world. It carries the war in Aghanistan and in the same time, it expels the Afghan refugees who fled the war.
Today, the scientists refer to the disappearance of various species. But, who massacred elephants, rhinoceroses in order to decorate its small living room? Who massacred thousands of rodents only to equip his broad with luxury? Who carried out intensive fisheries and caused the death of African fisheries? Who pours toxic waste in the oceans? Science and the policy never made good household. It was scientifically proven that Saddam Hussein had weapons of massive destruction. Forgive this official report: the only weapon of massive destruction is the western world.
China made more for Africa than any other Western nation. The construction of Africa must take place with its Chinese partner, with lower costs, and with the whole of the African nations. Algeria, Lybie and Egypt can use their prisoners with a view bring water in the South of the Sahara. China can offer necessary technologies for a use of the Saharien sun. To offer the means of developing Africa will make it possible China to continue its economic development and the development of Africa. Such is the only netting which one can require of China in exchange of energy guarantees. If the Chinese were able to build the great wall, a whole continent can better do. The European commission violated Kyoto.
Here still an excellent example of respect of the human rights. Null nation should not slow down its economic development nor to accept an interference of any nation in the wellbeing of its population.
Iran should require a free partnership. In this direction, Iran can exclude France in enrichment, not let itself impose an anti-competitive market, impose and privilege the Chinese partner and thus, to send a clear sign to the United Nations.
The costs should be less expensive and the United Nations cannot impose markets.
Let us recall that the worldwide Western show their hypocrisy by a misinformation aiming at making feel guilty or to make endorse the role of victim to the countries in the process of development or underdeveloped. Obviously, the rise of water will facilitate the irrigation and the development of the desert areas.
As for the exporting oil nations, these last must adopt measures aiming at protecting their energy resources: destruction of the layers of oil by underground explosions, to nationalize and prohibit the exploitation of the uranium layers of the African continent by foreign companies, etc
Within the European Union, there exist many standards and opportunities whose can benefit the Muslims worldwide.
The protection of the crude oil reserves avoids in the oil exporting countries being the main victims of the Western nations: Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, and others.
For the Western nations which are at the origin of the crisis, the climate is the means of starting again their economy while slowing down the economic development of the other nations like their fossil energy demand.
Lastly, it is necessary to return Africa to African, the resources with their respective owners and especially, not to yield on the climate and to protect its resources (Burned Ground).
I invite you to forgive my English and my lack of practical experience.
Thank you for your time.
