Today the European Parliament adopted a €5 billion European economic recovery package, with €3.98 billion going to energy projects. Sadly most are not the kind of energy projects we'd like to see supported, the fossil fuel industry will get double the money going to the renewable industry, and nothing will be spent on energy efficiency - the best energy investment available.
