why des the U.S. government try a peaceful organizatin such as greenpeace, when they could be prosecuting the real "criminals"

i feel way confident about this trial. can't wait to be in the courtroom thursday!

From the witness accounts it seems that the prosecution has not got a leg to stand on....

I will be totally shocked if Greenpeace is found guilty.

Guilty of caring, is all they can be convicted off. Breaking any relevant law? NO!!

I'm glad people are finally realizing what goes on in the Federal Courts. The power of the government is immense when targeted at an individual or an organization. Thank God Greenpeace has the resouces to fight the injustice. Others less fortunate have not been so fortunate in the past.

Just another reason to always do everything you can to limit the government's power over the people's right to be free.
