Sebastian

[ Sebastian's intensity and fast reaction to circumstances affecting our campaign, is what makes him great at what he does. -- Ivona ]
1. All time favorite book
That I can not answer
2. Music that makes you jive.
Rock music
3. What are the words you live by?
Cowardice asks the question: is it safe? Expediency asks the question: is it politic?
Vanity asks the question: is it popular? But conscience asks the question: is it right?
And there comes a time when one must take a position which is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular – one must take it simply because it is right.
4. If you could live your “perfect life”, where would you be, and what would you be doing?
I would be livening somewhere with my girlfriend, and definitely be working for Greenpeace.
5. So far, which part of this Baltic Cod campaign has been most memorable?
When we found a 2 km long illegal fishing net
6. What was your worst fear coming on-board the Arctic Sunrise to join this campaign?
That I would miss my girlfriend too much.
7. Describe you personality in three words.
I can not answer that since different people see different things and that should there be space for.
8. What is your most memorable Greenpeace moment?
There are many memorable moments, and they are all special. One of the most memorable was when I was sitting in a mast for 36 hours on a French aircraft carrier that was on its way to be scraped in India. In the end I was arrested by the French special solders. It was a hard action. But it was all worth it because we in the end got the aircraft carrier to return to France. This is these times were you realize how important it is what we are doing and how big effect it has.
