How come you are on a Greenpeace ship?
I have been a volunter in Stockholm for half a year doing different things, mostly oceans campaigning in the streets, and suddenly I got a phone call from Norway asking if i wanted to come to Esperanza to work against oil drilling in the Barents Sea. I didnt need much consideration to say yes, and a few days later I went.
What are your thoughts on the campaign?
I believe the campaign we are on at present is very worthwhile, as I I belive it is a very important campaign, both because of the urgent needs to protect this amazing area from oil spills and emptying of fish, and to try to get more support in a country where many people dont seem to be very supportive to greenpeace.
What do you miss the most from home when you are out at sea?
