The North Cape 71° North

North CapeThe northernmost little tip of Europe, the North Cape, gets a lot of visitors. People come here in winter to experience the northern light, and in the summer for the midnight sun, and ornithologists come from all over the world for the spectacular birdlife nearby at Gjesvær nature reservation. We went up there and had a chat with a few tourists.

My friends Irene, Pär and Michael from Denmark,
Just want to say hi to you and to the rest of the crew, and wish you all good luck!

I wish I could be with you, but as the second best alternative, I help Dima in the Swedish GP office with some work on the Barents Sea, that hopefully could be to some help in your upcoming actions against overfishing etc!

You guys are my heroes,
Ann
