Greenwash promoter extraordinarie, Dow chemical, is up to its usual tricks again. Rather than tackle a real problem like Bhopal it is leading the creation of yet another industry front group. I can't really improve on the meaningless mumbo jumbo of the original so here are the quotes (from "The leading source of corporate responsibility and sustainability, press releases, reports and news." With McDonalds as a member?!?): "US Industry Rallies for a "Profits Plus" Approach to Business. Sees Triple Bottom-Line as Key to Future: Profits Plus Social and Environmental Responsibility."

"Several major multinational corporations have joined forces to create the United States Business Council for Sustainable Development (US BCSD). The group is spearheaded by Carlos Guimaraes, Chairman, US BCSD and VP Global Environmental Operations for The Dow Chemical Company."

Umm....this is more accurate version of such 'sustainable business' rubbish.
